Communication apprehension and self-perceived communication competence: a study of undergraduate students in their final year

Abstract: PurposeCommunication apprehension (CA) is the fear or anxiety about communicating. In addition, self-perceived communication competence (SPCC) refers to the learners' perception of their competence.
