Comparative analyses of lipidomes and transcriptomes reveal a concerted action of multiple defensive systems against photooxidative stress in Haematococcus pluvialis

Abstract: SummaryThis study represents the first genome-wide transcriptomic and lipidomic analysis of H. pluvialis to reveal the regulation of astaxanthin biosynthesis and lipid metabolism during the encystment process under high irradiation.
