The article discusses two methods of calculating bases. The loads of the impact of the foundation on the base are analyzed. The task of calculating the foundation is set. The order of accounting of the foundation depending on the type of foundation is considered. The types of foundations are described. The structural and geometric parameters of the foundations are given. The manufacturing technologies of drilling concrete piles and drilling-mixing cement-ground piles are considered in detail. The results of the study of various types of foundations are presented. A comparative comprehensive analysis of the cost of construction of various types of foundations is given. Conclusions on the choice of foundations depending on the properties of the foundations are formulated.
