Abstract:Background: Epidural anaesthesia can be administered as single shot, intermittently, continuously or as patient controlled injection. Our study compared the intraoperative haemodynamic effects of continuous versus intermittent epidural injections of bupivacaine with fentanyl for major gynaecological surgeries.
