Comparative Propensity-Weighted Mortality After Isolated Acute Traumatic Axis Fractures in Older Adults

Abstract: Introduction: In older patients with axis fractures, the survival benefit from surgery is unclear due to high baseline mortality. Comparative effectiveness research can provide evidence from population level cohorts.
