Abstract:Introduction
Meniere’s disease (MD) is known to be caused by the dysfunction of the endolymphatic sac (ES), but its molecular mechanism is unknown.
Methods
We performed a comparative proteomic analysis of ES luminal fluids (ELFs) from patients with MD and controls.
