Comparative Study of Deposit through a Membrane and Spin-Coated MWCNT as a Flexible Anode for Optoelectronic Applications

Abstract: We present a comparative study between multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) thin films deposited on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates using (i) spin-coating technique and (ii) deposition through a membrane. We deduce from transparence, electrical properties, and AFM image that deposition through membrane presents better properties than spin-coating method.
