Abstract:'Mavrodafni' (Vitis vinifera L.) is considered one of the oldest grapevine cultivars indigenous to the Greek vineyards, with western Peloponnese being its primary centre of cultivation. 'Renio' is considered to be either a biotype of 'Mavrodafni' or an altogether different cultivar.
