Abstract:This study was designed to find an appropriate biomaterial to proliferate Schwann cell (SC). Poly(lactic-coglycolic acid) (PLGA) films mixed with demineralized bone particle (DBP), small intestine submucosa (SIS), and silk were fabricated by a solvent casting method.
