Abstract:This paper presents the results of a preliminary investigation on using Arenga pinnata fiber (APF) and coconut fiber (CCF) in porous asphalt (PA). The samples were prepared with various percentages of fibers (0%, 1%, 3%, and 5%) by weight of bitumen and evaluated. The laboratory tests included air abrasion loss and water abrasion loss.
