Comparison of Different Procedural Approaches for Left Atrial Appendage Closure: Searching for Simplicity

Abstract: Aim. To assess procedural and long-term efficacy and safety of two alternative methods for appendage closure, conscious sedation with standard transoesophageal echo and procedure guided by rotational angiography.
