The main purpose of rehabilitation services offered in the CMHC is to improve the functionality level of patients and to enable them to live independently in the community (Öztürk et al, 2021). Therefore, the results of the present study suggest that rehabilitation services provided in a CMHC positively affect patients' disease prognosis and increase their level of functionality.…”
