Abstract:Objective: Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia (VBD) is one of the uncommon causes of trigeminal neuralgia (TN). The main surgical treatments for TN caused by VBD (VBD-TN) are invasive microvascular decompression (MVD) and mini-invasive Gamma Knife radiosurgery (GKRS).
