Comparison of ribotyping and sequence-based typing for discriminating among isolates of Bordetella bronchiseptica

Abstract: PvuII ribotyping and MLST are each highly discriminatory methods for genotyping Bordetella bronchiseptica, but a direct comparison between these approaches has not been undertaken.
