Abstract:In this study, five types of plant extracts in Vietnam were selected to compare phenolic content, antioxidant and antibacterial activities, respectively Gymnanthemum amygdalinum (bitter leaf), Piper betle (betel), Pseuderanthemum bracteatum (Imlay), Piper sarmentosum (kaduk), and Paederia tomentosa (stinkvine).
