The study was conducted using two ELISA methods -the liquid phase blocking ELISA (LPBE) and solid phase competition ELISA (SPCE) for the detection of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) serotype A-and O-specific antibodies of different cattle breeds in Turkey.
