Comparison of Visual Performance between Refractive and Diffractive Multifocal Intraocular Lenses

Abstract: BACKGROUND: To compare the visual performance of asymmetric refractive multifocal intraocular lenses (MIOLs) with all optic zone diffractive MIOLs. METHODS: A prospective study.
