Comparison Semantic Similarity Approach Using Biomedical Domain Dataset

Abstract: Semantic similarity is defined as the closeness of two concepts, based on the likeliness of their meaning. Most semantic similarity is applied uses ontology. This research are uses ontology as a case study due to their efficiency, scalability, lack of constraints and the availability of large ontologies. Ontology-based semantic similarity is used in two situations. The semantic similarity in a single ontology and when multiple ontologies are involved. In this research focus on single ontology where use MeSH da… Show more

“…The time peaks recorded by the pulsed neutron oxygen activation log show different forms with the flow velocity of the measured fluid. The spectral peak characteristics are generally described in terms of the amplitude, width and symmetry of the peak [11].…”

“…Before the modal analysis, it is necessary to set the boundary conditions of the welding machine for offshore platform [21]. The boundary conditions of welding machine in the actual operation process are very complex, which not only renders loading difficult to achieve, but increases the calculation load of finite element analysis [22].…”

“…Phenothiazine, yellow to greenish gray powder or flaky crystals. Soluble in benzene, was dissolved in hot acetic acid and ether, slightly soluble in alcohol and mineral oil, almost insoluble in petroleum ether, chloroform and water [27]. The chemical formula is C12H9NS, the melting point is 182-187°C, the boiling point is 371°C, and the density is 1.362.…”
