Abstract: Study of drug-excipient interactions is a crucial step in preformulation stage of drug development to achieve consistent chemical, physical, bioavailability, manufacturability and stability of the dosage form.In pre-formulation studies, it is important to use thermoanalytical and spectroscopic methods.
