Complications respiratoires postopératoires

Abstract: International audienceRespiratory complications are common after surgery. Several complex mechanisms such as postoperative diaphragmatic dysfunction, ventilation perfusion mismatching, atelectasis and pulmonary infection are responsible for such complications.
