Comprehensive analysis of next-generation sequencing data in COVID-19 and its secondary complications

Abstract: The ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has made a serious public health threat globally. To discover key molecular changes in COVID-19 and its secondary complications, we analyzed next-generation sequencing (NGS) data of COVID-19.
