<span>The integration of internet of things (IoT) and blockchain technology has been proposed as a promising solution to address the challenges related to security, scalability, and privacy. This integration enables the creation of secure and decentralized systems that allow devices to interact with each other and exchange data in a transparent and trustworthy manner. The significant research work has been carried out by researcher on IoT and blockchain integration to utilize their combine potential in smart applications. However, due to limitation and scope of emerging technologies, it is essential to develop robust security frameworks that address the challenges and ensure the secure data communication from IoT node to blockchain network. IoT devices come up with constrained nature and limited security mechanisms along with weak access control policy. Our work includes heterogeneous IoT and blockchain ecosystem that senses and store data intelligently after proper validation with verification into decentralized distributed blockchain network. Our proposed work includes a robust approach to convey potential data security issue to protect end to end information with suitable authorization, access control policy, device to device data protection and data integrity specially when data moving from IoT devices to blockchain network.</span>

The increasing food scarcity necessitates sustainable agriculture achieved through automation to meet the growing demand. Integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) and Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is crucial in enhancing food production across various agricultural domains, encompassing irrigation, soil moisture monitoring, fertilizer optimization and control, early-stage pest and crop disease management, and energy conservation. Wireless application protocols such as ZigBee, WiFi, SigFox, and LoRaWAN are commonly employed to collect real-time data for monitoring purposes. Embracing advanced technology is imperative to ensure efficient annual production. Therefore, this study emphasizes a comprehensive, futureoriented approach, delving into IoT-WSNs, wireless network protocols, and their applications in agriculture since 2019. It thoroughly discusses the overview of IoT and WSNs, encompassing their architectures and summarization of network protocols. Furthermore, the study addresses recent issues and challenges related to IoT-WSNs and proposes mitigation strategies. It provides clear recommendations for the future, emphasizing the integration of advanced technology aiming to contribute to the future development of smart agriculture systems. IoT-Enhanced Public Safety in Smart Environments: A Comparative Analysis Using the Public Safety IoT Test

The present study does a comparative analysis to evaluate the efficacy of public safety measures boosted by the Internet of Things (IoT) in various smart settings. The "Public Safety IoT Test" methodology is used in the research to evaluate costs, user happiness, and safety improvement percentages. Smart Surveillance devices showed a noteworthy 35% increase in safety in metropolitan City A, while Wearable Health devices showed a surprising 40% increase in safety in rural Village D. At a cost of $500,000 in City A and $10,000 in Village D, these results emphasize the potential of IoT technology to improve public safety and well-being. User satisfaction scores of 4 and 5, respectively, demonstrate the acceptance and efficacy of these devices. Policymakers and urban planners may benefit greatly from this study, which highlights the flexibility of IoT devices in a variety of smart settings and their important role in creating communities that are safer and more resilient.
