Abstract: Perivascular epithelioid cell neoplasms (PEComas) are a rare category of mesenchymal tissue tumors, manifesting across various tissues and organs such as the kidneys, liver, lungs, pancreas, uterus, ovaries, and gastrointestinal tract.
