Abstract:BackgroundWilms tumor (WT) is the most common pediatric kidney cancer, with survival rates exceeding 90% in localized cases. However, advanced or recurrent WT remains difficult to treat due to poor prognosis and limited knowledge of its molecular mechanisms.
