Conceptual basis for the development of Methodology for assessing the energy efficiency classes of industrial facilities

Abstract: The lack of developed methodological solutions for determining the energy efficiency class of economic entities limits the ability to achieve the goal of the State program of the Russian Federation “energy Efficiency and energy development” to reduce the energy intensity of the gross domestic product.
