Concurrent execution of phase compensation and automatic focusing procedures for telecentric off-axis digital holographic microscopy

Abstract: This contribution presents a joint phase compensation and autofocusing method for telecentric off-axis Digital Holographic Microscopy (DHM). Current challenges of off-axis DHM systems applied to in-vivo imaging are the automatic reconstruction of phase images without phase distortions while the specimens under research move within the volume, generating out-of-focus holograms.
