Abstract: RESUMO:Demandas psicológicas e controle são dimensões psicossociais que podem gerar alta exigência no trabalho da enfermagem. Este estudo avalia a associação entre demanda psicológica e controle no trabalho e ocorrência de distúrbios psíquicos menores entre trabalhadores de enfermagem.
