Abstract: Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) exhibit symptoms of hyperandrogenism, oligo/amenorrhea and polycystic ovaries. PCOS is also commonly associated with metabolic syndrome, hyperinsulimia, and insulin resistance in metabolic tissues.
