Abstract:Transorbital puncture to embolize cavernous sinus (CS) dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVF) is a useful strategy when conventional transvenous routes are inaccessible. We report a case of bilateral CS DAVF associated with bilateral middle meningeal artery (MMA) origin of ophthalmic arteries (OA) who had recently undergone transvenous coil embolization.
