Abstract:Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by a defect in the diaphragm, which permits abdominal organs to herniate into the thorax. This causes lung hypoplasia and at birth, children with CDH experience respiratory distress and pulmonary hypertension.
