Abstract: Congenital prepubic sinus (PS) is an extremely infrequent malformation consisting of a prepubic fistulous tract that classically does not communicate with the genitourinary system. Previous studies centered on its immunohistochemical characterization have shown inconsistent results, and the etiology has not been clarified.
