Conjugation in Isomeric Cyclosilane Thioethers

Abstract: Conjugation in thioether-functionalized cyclosilanes depends on both conformation and connectivity. Borane-catalyzed dehydrocoupling of thiophenols with partially hydrogenated cyclosilanes proceeded with high chemoselectivity for Si−H bonds in the presence of Si−Si bonds.
