Since the first report of YHV in Thailand in 1990 (Limsuwan 1991), six geographical types have been described (YHV‐1 to YHV‐6) (Wijegoonawardane 2008; Wijegoonawardane, Cowley & Walker 2008a; Wijegoonawardane, Cowley, Phan, Hodgson, Nielsen, Kiatpathomchai & Walker 2008b).
