Conservative approach in the management of infected radicular cyst in the anterior maxilla in a pediatric patient: A case report

Abstract: Odontogenic cysts are pathological cavities enclosed by fibrous connective tissue and lined with epithelial tissue that develops from odontogenic tissues in the maxilla and mandible's tooth-bearing regions. Trauma or tooth caries is the main cause of radicular cysts or periapical cysts. Pulp necrosis is the outcome of dental caries irritating the pulp cavity.
