Conservative Neck Rejuvenation

Abstract: In the field of facial rejuvenation, among the recurrent topics, one of the most discussed is the return to less invasive techniques. Lower face rejuvenation is best achieved acting on the platysma muscle. Many techniques are used and usually include platysma section, redundancy reduction, and redraping.
