Abstract:SUMMARYWe previously developed an optical sampling oscilloscope (EDT-OSO) based on an envelope detection triggering method. This EDT-OSO can stably measure eye-diagram waveforms of signals exceeding 100 Gbps without an external high-frequency clock signal.
