Constitutionalism: from understanding to content (on the example of the idea of enlightenment)

Abstract

The article actualizes the theme of constitutionalism in connection with the transformation in Russia in 2018 of the bodies that implementing the functions of developing and implementing state policy and legal regulation in the field of education. The main approaches to understanding the phenomenon of constitutionalism and its content are analyzed. The article discusses the Russian constitutionalism in the context of Russian policy in the field of education, both in historical terms and at the present stage.
