Construcción y validación de una escala de autoeficacia en el trabajo

Abstract: El objetivo de este estudio fue construir y validar una escala de autoeficacia en el trabajo aplicable a contextos laborales transversales. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 332 trabajadores chilenos divididos aleatoriamente en dos submuestras.
