Blockchain and Data Mining are not simply buzzwords, but rather concepts that are playing an important role in the modern Information Technology (IT) revolution. Blockchain has recently been popularized by the rise of cryptocurrencies, while data mining has already been present in IT for many decades. Data stored in a blockchain can also be considered to be big data, whereas data mining methods can be applied to extract knowledge hidden in the blockchain. In a nutshell, this paper presents the interplay of these two research areas. In this paper, we surveyed approaches for the data mining of blockchain data, yet show several real-world applications. Special attention was paid to anomaly detection and fraud detection, which were identified as the most prolific applications of applying data mining methods on blockchain data. The paper concludes with challenges for future investigations of this research area.

In the modern era, the significance of incentive mechanisms spans a variety of fields, including the development of smart cities, the dynamics within social information networks, and the realm of online education. This study introduces an innovative incentive strategy, grounded in the use of blockchain contracts, aimed at cultivating reliable interactions among participants while simultaneously bolstering the security and effectiveness of digital learning resources. By capitalizing on the inherently decentralized architecture of blockchain technology, this research unveils a novel approach to digital learning resources, encompassing both the concept and its associated storage framework. Moreover, the study proposes a dynamic optimization model specifically designed for the blockchain of educational resources. This model is crafted to fit seamlessly within the context of real-world educational settings, taking into careful consideration the diverse viewpoints of all stakeholders engaged with particular educational materials. In the realm of practical education, particularly within the domain of computer science, this approach emphasizes the integration of pertinent learning materials into blockchain nodes, thereby addressing key educational content. By implementing a blockchain smart contract, an incentive mechanism is created that rewards both learners and resource contributors, effectively encouraging active participation in resource development and quality improvement. This mechanism effectively tackles challenges in the learning process, such as inaccurate resource access, reduced learning efficiency, and the scarcity of current, high-quality online resources. Experimental findings show that the smart contract-driven online learning resource incentive mechanism significantly improves teaching effectiveness.

Incentive mechanism plays an important role in online education. In order to better play the role of the incentive mechanism, it must rely on contemporary information technology, such as blockchain technology, big data technology and so on. In this paper an incentive mechanism based on blockchain technology is proposed with which can establish a good trust relationship between multiple learning resource nodes and improve data security during the process of online education. A structure of online learning resource chain is proposed in this paper also. And a dynamic optimization framework of learning resource chain by analyzing a series of problems faced in the process of online education is formed. The private chain of learning resource is constructed on the basis of the design of incentive smart contract. The learners and the builders of learning resources can obtain the dynamic rewards by performing a smart method of contract. The experimental results show that the incentive method based on blockchain can well mobilize participants’ enthusiasm for resource construction and dynamic improvement of resource quality, and effectively solve a series of problems in the learning process.
