“…The zeta potential of CSL@MI 7 -β-CD/SA NPs was −25.9 mV lower than that of MI 7 -β-CD/SA NPs at −12.3 mV, which may be attributed to the fact that a small portion of CSL was adsorbed on the surface of MI 7 -β-CD/SA NPs during the uploading of CSL. The results also indicated that CSL@MI 7 -β-CD/SA NPs with a negative potential could potentially prolong the blood circulation time and enhance the potential of penetrating tumor cell membranes. , 2D NOESY 1 H NMR was generally used to investigate the resonance signals of protons. A significant nuclear supercharge effect can be exhibited when two protons in a molecule are adjacent to each other within a short distance.…”

“…[ 7 ] Among all the reported hyperbranched polymers, hyperbranched polysiloxane (HBPSi) has appealed to extensive interests in recent years owing to its excellent fluorescence property and biocompatibility. [ 8‐10 ] In addition, the one‐step synthesis, easy modification, as well as costless preparation process also make it suitable for large‐scale industrial production. Therefore, the development of novel fluorescence HBPSi with customizable fluorescence properties has become a new research hotspot.…”

“…Very recently, Zhao and others constructed a hyperbranched multifunctional prodrug (HBPSi-SS-HCPT) based on the nonconventional aggregation-induced emission (AIE) feature of hyperbranched polysiloxanes (HBPSi). 132 The anticancer drug 10-hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) was covalently grafted on the HBPSi using 3,3-dithiodipropionic acid as the linker to afford HBPSi-SS-HCPT. The ester and disulfide bonds render HBPSi-SS-HCPT pH/redox dual-responsiveness.…”
