Construction of potential periodontitis-related miRNA-mRNA regulatory network

Abstract: Background MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are found to be involved in the pathogenesis of periodontitis, a major cause of tooth loss in adults. However, a comprehensive miRNA-mRNA regulatory network has still not been established.
