Consultas comunitarias en Argentina: respuestas participativas frente a mega-proyectos

Abstract: Este trabajo analiza las consultas comunitarias resultantes de conflictos socioambientales en Argentina, enmarcándolas en un boom de estas experiencias participativas en Latinoamérica. El objetivo es explicar las motivaciones que impulsan la realización de consultas comunitarias, y cuáles son sus efectos para las sociedades que participan y en la institucionalidad ambiental.
