“…Content delivery optimization refers to fixed [8] and self-organizing infrastructure [9,10]. A wide range of work addresses data collection, content caching and distribution especially for VANETs, e.g., in [11] Chaves et al use an emulator to compare their system and the obtained results depict similar performance to Sprinkler V2V protocol and substantially better than BitTorrent. In [12], Luo et al observe that an increase in the packet sending rate beyond a certain value results in a sharp increase in the average delay, and when the average length of vehicle buffer queues on a road segment surpasses a threshold value, they use alternate road segments to balance the network load.…”

“…Choosing the correct routing protocol in VANET is important in establishing reliable data transfers, especially given the necessity for a network design that adapts to demands and situations. According to the research of [ 6 , 7 ], who investigated Dedicated On-Demand Routing Protocols (AODV), Dynamic Source Routing (DSR), and Destination Sequenced Distance Vector Routing Protocol (DSDV) on VANET, DSDV and AODV routing protocols are the recommended routing protocols, and they have the best performance when compared to other routing protocols. Based on this background, research is required to compare AODV and DSDV-AODV routing protocols to examine a reliable intelligent traffic light data transmission system on a chassis built using VANET network technology.…”
