Controllable optical superregular breathers in the femtosecond regime

Abstract: We investigate optical superregular breathers in the femtosecond regime under dispersion management in an inhomogeneous fiber governed by the nonautonomous higher-order nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLSE). Exact solutions describing the dynamics of superregular breathers are obtained.
