Conventional Versus Endoscopic Assisted Septoplasty for Management of Severe Nasal Septal Deviation

Abstract: Background: Endoscopic septoplasty is an attractive alternative to the traditional septoplasty. It ensures the minimum dissection of the tissue with less postoperative complications.
