Abstract:Copper complexes exhibit promising anticancer properties, which can be further promoted by suitable ligands. In this study, we synthesized and investigated the anticancer effects of three copper(I) complexes with N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands derived from phenanthroline‐functionalized imidazole salts.
