Copyright and Privacy

Abstract

introduced me to copyright in the LLM program at Melbourne Law School in the early 1990s and has been a mentor and colleague since. He was chief investigator on an Australian Research Council-funded project on data privacy law that I was fortunate to contribute to. Given Sam's formidable body of work in intellectual property law, readers may be less familiar with his contributions to privacy law and policy.
