Abstract:Objectives:to compare the efficacy, safety and predictability of corneal wavefront guided (WFG) and aberration free ablation in single-step transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy (TransPRK) in myopic patients with high pre-existing corneal higher order aberrations (HOAs).
