Abstract:Coronary spasm may present as acute coronary syndrome (ACS), "which can be an ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), non-STEMI, or unstable angina." However, the prevalence of coronary spasm in patients with ACS remains unknown due to scarcity of data.
