Coronary microvascular dysfunction after long-term diabetes and hypercholesterolemia

Abstract: Coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) has been proposed as an important component of diabetes mellitus (DM)- and hypercholesterolemia-associated coronary artery disease (CAD).
